30 Day Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for change of mind.
To be eligible:
- Item must be unused and in original condition
- Tags must still be attached
- Item must be free from dog hair, dirt, and damage
- Proof of purchase required
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns.
Once received and inspected, we offer:
- Store credit, or
- Exchange for another item
We do not offer refunds for change-of-mind purchases.
FREE Size Exchanges
Not the perfect fit? No problem.
We offer FREE size exchanges to make finding the right fit easy.
To qualify
- Item must be unused
- Requested within 30 days
- Customer covers return shipping
- We cover shipping of the new size back to you
Your new size will be sent once we receive your return.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
We will offer:
- Replacement
- Exchange
- Refund
Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns on:
- Used harnesses
- Worn accessories
- Final sale items

Processing Time
Returns are processed within 3-5 business days after we receive your item.
